Common Questions
How old should my baby be to attend?
Babies — from newborns to pre-crawlers — are welcome to attend the postnatal classes.
Do I need prior yoga experience?
Not at all. This class is designed to be accessible for all levels, including people who have never practiced yoga before.
What should I bring?
You really don’t need much — just yourself, your baby, and whatever you normally bring when you leave the house together (diapers, feeding supplies, etc.). Yoga mats and props are provided.
What if my baby cries, needs to eat, or needs a diaper change?
All of that is completely welcome and expected. You can nurse, feed, rock, change, or step out whenever you need. There is no pressure to “keep your baby calm” — this is a space where real life is part of the practice.
Can I arrive late or leave early?
Yes. Please come when you can and take the time you need. I know how unpredictable mornings can be with babies.
Is this class just for mothers?
The class is open to any parent or caregiver who feels this space is supportive for them and their baby.
If something is holding you back from coming — logistically, emotionally, or practically — you’re always welcome to reach out. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
