About Me

Hi, I’m Kelly — a yoga teacher, therapist, and mother of three.

I teach from a place of deep respect for the wisdom of the body and the inner knowing that lives within each parent. I believe that while there is so much advice in the world, so much of parenting is learned on the job — through listening inward, noticing what feels right, and trusting our own rhythms and instincts.

I am trained in Prenatal Yoga with Roxanna Kopp Smith at Indigo Yoga in Walnut Creek and completed Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training online with Arhanta Yoga. I’m also a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized training in perinatal mental health, which informs the way I hold emotional space in my classes.

I love being outdoors and feel deeply nourished by nature, the changing seasons, and the slower rhythms of the natural world. When the weather allows, I offer classes outside to invite in that sense of grounding and connection.

Students often tell me they feel calmer and more settled when they leave class, and that my voice and presence feel soothing — which I receive with gratitude. Creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported is at the heart of what I do.
